Today started with a new vision and a plan of different life style. 

I woke and went to 11th floor. Burned 260 calories on Tredmill, took a shower, had a healthy breakfast and cane to the lounge and started studying :)

I am sitting and studying now. 

All these agreements and clauses in the book sound very confusing and i m thinking one day i will know them all by a blink of eye. 

This pic is reminder to the future days about how amateur i was in real estate when i just started. ;) 

In few yrs i will rock it :D
