Bahn Thai Spa- for my back inury

I went to a thai massage spa where an RMT massaged me and focused on my problem area on my upper back. 

It was really amazing and I already see the improvement.

The place was so cute.

Injury in kickboxing

It was last sunday at ironbox class at bighit that I felt a sharp pain 5 minutes after the class started. 

Had to go to a sport specialist, physiotherapy, scandinavian spa and an RMT, and still cannot go back to my training. 

I remember last week when my doctor said I can't train, I went to the lobby of the clinic and cried for a good while deeply.

I think I have found my muse and that is "mui thai" for me.

Cannot wait to feel physically healthy and start my journey at Siam No. 1.

Today after papsmere test

Today I decided to stay outside a bit after my pap test. I went to this supermarket and got myself this dish. Sat there and ate which is very unusual of me. It's been a long time I don't go out anymore except when I go straight to bighit and come back straight home.

Notes for me not to ever forget
